Partnership Agreement

Global Women's Service, hereinafter referred to as "GWService", represented by the head Narine Vazgenovna Budagova, hereinafter referred to as the "Service", on the one hand, and __________________________________________________________________ hereinafter referred to as the "Partner", on the other hand, collectively referred to as " Parties”, have concluded this partnership agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) on the following:


1. Subject of the agreement

1.1. The Service assumes the obligation to provide services for organizing the placement of information for the Partner (hereinafter referred to as the Services), and the Partner undertakes to provide and pay for these Services in the amount, manner and terms established by this Agreement.
1.2. Placement is a mobile application available for download in the AppStore and GooglePlay and the Global women’s service website.
1.3. The scope of the Services provided by the Service to the Partner includes:
1.3.1. Placement of information about the activities of the Partner;
1.3.2. Announcement of the Partner's events;
1.3.3. Informing about the Partner's promotions;
1.3.4. Informing about new services of the Partner.

2. Cost and payment for services

2.1. The cost of the Services is formed taking into account the specifics of the activity and individual agreements with the Partner.
2.2. Payment is made according to the result of the Services rendered by the Partner.
2.3. Payment can be made using a link, a QR code or by invoice provided by the Service.
2.4. The date of payment is the date of actual receipt of funds to the current account.

3. Service obligations

3.1. Organize and ensure for the Partner the proper performance of the Services, to the extent provided for in this Agreement.
3.2. Provide the Partner with information about the quality, rules, cost and other conditions of the Services provided.
3.3. During the provision of the Services, show loyalty to the Partner, maintain his positive emotional attitude, take into account personal characteristics and ensure effective interaction.

4. Responsibilities of the partner

4.1. The Partner is obliged to pay for the Services in the amount and in the manner described in Section 2 of this Agreement.
4.2. The Partner is obliged to provide the Service with the information necessary to fulfill the obligations under this Agreement:
4.2.1. Announcement of planned events of the Partner;
4.2.2. Current promotions of the Partner;
4.2.3. New services of the Partner;
4.2.4. Partner activities.
4.3. During the provision of the Services, show loyalty to the Service, maintain its positive emotional attitude, take into account personal characteristics and ensure effective interaction.

5. Grounds for changing and terminating the agreement

5.1. The terms on which this Agreement is concluded may be changed either by agreement of the Parties, or in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.2. The Service has the right to refuse to execute the Agreement if the Partner violates the settlement procedure described in Section 2 of this Agreement.

6. Additional terms

6.1. This Agreement comes into force from the date of its signing and is valid for the entire period of provision of the Services.
6.2. Any changes and additions to this Agreement are valid if signed by both Parties (the Service and the Partner).
6.3. This Agreement is drawn up and signed in two copies, one for the Service and the Partner, having equal legal force.
